iPhone 2.0 will need features not present in the current model, so
what are they? Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak has already provided

I can not believe it. It is UNBELIEVABLE. Bogus Degrees and the worst is that they cliam and they are proud of being BOGUS

"A Rose Is A Rose"   Bogus Degree. Bogus Professors. Bogus Publications. Bogus Examinations by email.
Bogus Conference. Yes, you have heard well: Bogus Conference, Bogus Conference, Bogus Conference

Bogus Journal. Ouaou!!!!! ==> Bogus Professors and Bogus Diplomas ===> Bogus University Degree

DO NOT BELIEVE IT? AM I CRAZY?

See the following email and you will believe :   They ask money to sell you a bogus conference publication, a bogus CV, a bogus university Ph.D. !!!!!

See the email of these bogus academicians. Be aware of BOGUS PROFESSORS. Alert......
******************************************************************************

Let's get real...whether you pay $59.95 with us, or $900 with them for a novelty degree, you'll get basically the same thing: a piece of parchment paper with some words usually set in degree-looking typeface, and an embossed gold foil seal or some type of emblem (some businesses charge "extra" for an emblem/embossed foil seal... We Don't!)

Our bogus (novelty) degrees look official and "real" in every sense of the word. When framed and hanging on your wall, your bogus degree WILL fool people! Your bogus degree DOES look cool! Your bogus degree IS fun and entertaining! Again, that's what our customers tell us.

In addition, the basic format/layout of a degree (genuine or fake) is essentially the same: School name (at top), some wording, the graduate's name/type of degree/field of study (in middle), some more wording, then some scribbled signatures (at bottom). Frequently, there's an emblem/seal somewhere on the document. A rose is a rose is a rose.

Don't Take Our Word For It

You be the judge and decide! Compare our product (see our product description and view our product samples) with what other sites offer. Compare our price ($59.95) with theirs. After making the comparison and deciding for themselves, our satisfied customers all agree that our high quality novelty "degrees" are an incredible deal!

A volunteer Wikipedia editor who claimed to be a professor with doctorates in religion has resigned, admitting to being a 24-year-old Kentucky college dropout.

Ryan Jordan was involved in writing or editing 16,000 entries in the on-line encyclopedia. Wikipedia told the Louisville, Ky., Courier-Journal that no problems have been found with his work.

Jordan was also profiled in The New Yorker last summer. The magazine ran a correction last week.

Taking a paying job with Wikia Inc. apparently led to Jordan's unveiling. He has given up that post as well as his volunteer work.

Immediately after the news broke, Jordan told The New Yorker that he needed to create an alternate persona to protect himself from people angry over his removal of Wikipedia entries.

His response to a Courier-Journal e-mail was short and to the point -- Please leave me alone.

Title: Methods for benchmarking causal discovery
Speaker: Isabelle Guyon

Formal, widely-accepted definitions of causality have eluded philosophers of science for centuries. However the notion of causality is at the core of the scientific endeavor and also a universally accepted and intuitive notion of everyday life. From an engineering point of view, causality is a very goal-oriented notion, which can simply be defined as finding modes of action on a system, which will result in a desired outcome. For example, taking a drug to cure illness. Thus, even though causality may not find a perfect definition regrouping all the notions it encompasses in philosophy, psychology, history, law, religion, statistics, physics, and engineering, we can devise tasks, which require some notion of causality to perform successful predictions of the consequences of actions. We have stated a project to benchmark causal discovery algorithms called the "Causality Workbench" (http://clopinet.com/causality).  In this presentation, we will explain how we proceed to use real data from a variety of domains to devise tasks and quantitatively evaluate the performance of algorithms.

This project is funded by the NSF Grant N0 ECCS-0725746. As part of the project we are organizing a challenge (Deadline April 30, 2008) to be discussed at a WCCI (June 2008); proceedings published in JMLR. Several prizes will be awarded.
== About the speaker: Isabelle Guyon is a researcher in machine learning and an independent consultant. Prior to starting her consulting practice in 1996, she worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories, where she pioneered applications of neural networks to pen computer interfaces and invented Support Vector Machines (in collaboration with B. Boser and V. Vapnik). Isabelle Guyon holds a Ph.D. degree in Physical Sciences of the University Pierre and Marie Curie of Paris, France. She is vice-president of the Unipen foundation, action editor of the Journal of Machine Learning Research, and competition chair of the IJCNN conference.

Re: Instructions for the WSEAS Members. How to Avoid Bogus Email from Frauders....// WSEAS Conferences.

THE SUPER EMOTIONAL SCIENTISTS
http://superemotional.blogspot.com/
inform us , that they receive a malicious email of bogus
internet folks (pyramid scheme of never ending spam)
This is the text. Maybe , it is a typical text of those frauders

MAKE LOADS OF MONEY FOR FREE
(Translation: Bogus Message. Bogus Email)
MAKE THOUSANDS!!!

I found this on a bulletin board and decided to try it: I don't care
about the useless pre-fabricated crap this message usually says. All I
say is, it works. Continue pre-fab crap.

WELL GUESS WHAT!!!
(Translation: Bogus Message. Bogus Email)

Within five days, I started getting money in the mail!! I was
shocked!! I figured it would end soon, but the money just kept coming
in. In my first week, I made about $63.00 By the end of the second
week I had made a total of $1873.00!! In the third week I had made a
total of $9,612.00 and more mail kept coming in!! This is now my
fourth week and I have made a total of $35,165.00 and it's still
coming rapidly. It's certainly worth $6.00 and six stamps, and I have
spent more than that on the lottery without ever winning!!! My mailman
asked me what was with all the mail , and when i showed him this
system he was amazed and got going at it . Everyday he thanks me , it
feels good to know your helping make other pepole have more time and
money to do the things they care about most .(Dont let this pbutt you
buy , it so easy and it realy does work) Let me tell you how this
works and most important, why it works.......... also make sure you
print this out NOW, so you can get the information off of it, as you
will need it. I promise you that if you follow the directions exactly
that you will start making more money than you thought possible by
doing something so easy!!

Suggestion: Read this entire message carefully!! (Print it out or
download it)

Follow the simple directions and watch the money come in!! It's easy.
It's legal. And, your investment is only $6.00 (Plus postage) !!!

PLEASE NOTE:

Please follow the directions EXACTLY, and $50,000 or more can be yours
in 20 to 60 days. This program remains successful because of the
honesty and integrity of the participants. Please continue its success
by carefully adhering to the instructions. You will now become apart
of the Mail Order business. You are in the business of developing
Mailing Lists. Many large corporations are happy to pay big bucks for
quality lists. However, the money made from the mailing lists is
secondary to income which is made from people like you and me asking
to be included in that list. Here are the four easy steps to success.

STEP ONE   (Caution: Bogus Email)

Get six separate pieces of paper and write the following on each piece
of paper "PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR MAILING LIST." Now get 6 U.S. $1.00
bills or E1 coin lightly rapped it tissue to diguise, and place ONE
inside of EACH of the six pieces of paper so the bill will not be seen
through the envelope (to prevent thievery). Next, place one paper in
each of the six envelopes and seal them. You now should have six
sealed envelopes, each with a piece of paper stating the above phrase,
your name and address, and a $1.00 bill. What you are doing is
creating a service.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY LEGAL!!!!!      (Caution: Bogus Email. Note of the Translator: This is ABSOLUTELY BOGUS)

You are requesting a legitimate service and you are paying for it!!
Like most of us I was a little skeptical and little worried about the
legal aspects of it all. So I checked it out with the U.S. Post Office
(1-800-238-5355) and they confirmed that it is indeed legal!!

Mail the six envelopes to the following addresses:  Bogus

1) G. Burrows 1-264 Tor St Toowoomba QLD 4350 Australia    Bogus

2) J. Safian 68 plus 150 W. Forest Presrv. Dr., #115 Norridge, IL      Bogus
60706-1324

3) R. Ansems Gen. Foulkesstraat 5 4641 BW Ossendrecht Netherlands      Bogus

4)C. Milligan 6597 Herry Rd. Vernon BC Canada V1B3T6      Bogus

5)J. Ford 10 Canterbury Avenue, Southend-On-Sea, Eslove, England SS2
4QR   Bogus

6)L. Aylward Carne, Broadway, County Wexford, Rep Of Ireland    Bogus

STEP TWO:Now take the #1 name off the list that you see above, move
the other names up (six becomes 5, 5 becomes 4, and etc.) and add YOUR
NAME as number 6 on the list.    Bogus

STEP THREE: Change anything you need to but try to keep this article
as close to original as possible. Now post your amended article to at
least 200 news groups. : (I think there are close to 24,000 groups)
All you need is 200, but remember, the more you post, the more money
you make!! This is perfectly legal!! If you have any doubts, refer to
breastle 18 Sec. 1302 & 1341 of the Postal Lottery laws. Keep a copy
of these steps for yourself and whenever you need money, you can use
it again, and again. PLEASE REMEMBER that this program remains
successful because of the honesty and integrity of the participants
and by their carefully adhering to directions. Look at it this way. If
you were of integrity, the program will continue and the money that so
many others have received will come your way. (Caution: Bogus Email. Junk Email. SCAM. Fraud.)

NOTE: You may want to retain every name and address sent to you,
either on a computer or hard copy and keep the notes people send you.
This VERIFIES that you are truly providing a service. (Also, it might
be a good idea to wrap the $1 bill in dark paper to reduce the risk of
mail theft). So, as each post is downloaded and the directions
carefully followed, all members will be reimbursed for their
participation as a List Developer with one dollar each. Your name will
move up the list geometrically so that when your name reaches the #1
position you will be receiving thousands of dollars in CASH!!! What an
opportunity for only $6.00 ( $1.00 for each of the first six people
listed above) Send it now, add your own name to the list and you're in
business!!!
(Caution: Bogus Email. Junk Email. SCAM. Fraud.)
*****DIRECTIONS FOR HOW TO POST TO NEWS GROUPS!!!*****

STEP ONE: You do not need to re-type this entire letter to do your own
posting. Simply put your cursor at the beginning of this letter and
drag your cursor to the bottom of this document, and select 'copy'
from the edit menu. This will copy the entire letter into the
computer's memory.

STEP TWO: Open a blank 'notepad' file and place your cursor at the top
of the blank page. From the 'edit' menu select 'paste'. This will
paste a copy of the letter into the notepad so that you will add your
name to the list.

STEP THREE: Save your new notepad file as a text file. If you want to
do your posting in different settings, you'll always have this file to
go back to.

Use Netscape or Internet Explorer and try searching for various new
groups (on- line forums, message boards, chat sites, discussions.)

STEP FIVE: Visit message boards and post this article as a new message
by highlighting the text of this letter and selecting paste from the
edit menu. Fill in the subject, this will be the header that everyone
sees as they scroll through the list of postings in a particular
group, click the post message button. You're done.

Congratulations!!!!!!
(Caution: Bogus Email. Junk Email. SCAM. Fraud.)
Best Wishes

d)
FROM: Nikos Mastorakis:
We visited last Sunday the well known Attica Zoological Park
http://www.atticapark.com/main_en.htm
and visiting the department with Monkeys we started a discussion
about Darwin's Theory (Evolution). A good colleague from another Military
University of Greece (Hellenic
Airforce Academy) had many objections about the Evolutionary Theory and sent me
later a
very interesting email. It seems that the controversy still exists and there is
no a common
point of Scientists yet. Many WSEAS Members are Biologists, however all of us
have our personal
opinions maybe from our families and under the influence of our religions.
I have told in a previous WSEAS Conference on Evolutionary Computing
(Lisbon, 2005) that maybe God uses Evolutionary Computing like an Engineer and so
probably there is not a real contradiction between Creation and
Evolution. It seems that a common point could be an Intelligent Design.
As you can see our discussion cannot be only scientific, but it must
combines personal faith, experiences outside science (religion? miracle?
experience?). The WSEAS Community includes people from all the religions. Many of
them are religious persons. We want to have your opinions.
To this end, we created a Forum (i.e. Blog) with several videos that
we found from www.youtube.com

INDEXING
WSEAS has already ensured the inclusion of all the volumes of the Proceedings in
all the collaborating WSEAS Citation Indices, like ISI, INSPEC (IEE),
Engineering Information (EI), SCOPUS, Elsevier and the various Elsevier
Bibliographic Databases, CSA (Cambridge Scientific Abstracts), ZENTRALBLATT,
ULRICH, MATHSCINET of AMS (American Mathematical Society), MATHEMATICAL REVIEWS
of AMS (American Mathematical Society), DPP (Directory of Published
Proceedings), Computer Science Bibliography Administrator, American Chemical
Society, DEST, EBSCO etc.....http://www.worldses.org/books/index.html
For example, the IEE (now it is called IET) has in its citation index (INSPEC)
more than 7000 papers from WSEAS, only for the last 3 years.

UNIVERSITIES WHERE THE WSEAS ORGANIZES CONFERENCES:
See www.wseas.org

REJECTION RATES IN CONFERENCES:
TYPICAL EXAMPLE: The WSEAS Conference in the University of Cambridge (February
2008) has already received more than 800 papers. From these papers, after a
strict review we have selected 377 for the publication.

RATES OF REJECTION IN JOURNALS:
You can find the reviewers that WSEAS uses at the page
http://www.worldses.org/review/index.html
The POSITIVE OPINION OF 3 INDEPENDENT REFVIEWERS is necessary.
Example:
http://tinyurl.com/2q6vnr or via the official web page of WSEAS.

OTHER FEATURES
1) A very strong and important feature is that the WSEAS will give to the
partipants a new username and password WITHOUT EXPIRY DATE for on-line access in
the WSEAS Conference proceedings FOR EVER.

2) Several University Faculty Members and Senior Researchers that will be with
us in the Conference create groups and committees for the other WSEAS events

3) Rich cultural and social part as usual.
The importance of these conferences can be also proved by the impact
of these conferences in 2007 and 2008: See, please
http://www.wseas.org/reports/

4) The conference Books and Conference CD-ROM published by WSEAS Press continue
to sell for a long time after the meeting has taken place. This is another
demonstration of the prestige the scientific community attribute to the meetings
organised by the WSEAS.R FEATURES:

PUBLICITY:
